The evolution of the DCB Performance Boats high-performance catamaran lineup continues with its first true-tunnel-style boat—the extraordinary M37R, a new outboard engine-powered 37-foot cat designed with a 65-inch tunnel and no center pod. At 37 feet, 6 inches long with a 10-foot, 6-inch beam, the 37-footer features the company’s unparalleled workmanship quality combined with its state-of-the-art boat design and production processes.
In collaboration with Franco Gianni of SFG Yacht Design, DCB designed the M37R for a pair of the most-powerful Mercury Racing outboard engines—the new supercharged 4.6-liter V-8 450R—and set it up with the throttles and shifters in a console between the buckets seats for the driver and co-pilot—also a first for the performance boat builder.
